So if the people raided by the polic had nothing to do with the ELF why is the elf mentioned in this article. The fact of the matter is that the people raided had everything to do with the ELF. If i burned down the Greenpeace HQ y'all would want the FBI to investigate. But if the ELF burns down a condo then its ok cause its done in the name of progress. P.S. A judge has to sign a search warrant and most of them are concerned about the constitution, they wont give out a warrant unless there is cause.

Talk to any federal attorney, and they'll tell you all the us attorney's office (of which there is one in every majoy city) needs to do is ask, and they get rubber stamped, especially down here in San Diego.
