At Fifth and Market the police set up a blockade and then closed off the exit at Fourth and Market. A few scuffles with police charged the atmosphere and pumped up the dance party. Drummers, clappers, noise makers and a DJ with sound system provided the music needed for the crowd of "Pro-Lifers" the express their joy for being part of a movement to resist the backwards policies of G.W.
The police had a vans (wagon with bars on one side and white closed van on the other side) parked on both sides of the street party. The threat of possible arrest seemed real. Police blocking the protestors in told by-standers, "No one goes in, no one comes out." With nowhere to go for the time being the street party raged on. After a while an announcement came over the protestors mega-phone indicating that the party would move back to Horton Plaza. The police circled their motorcycles in a circus like maneuver and then sped down Market to block traffic so the protestors could return to the NBC building at Horton Plaza.
The party moved back down the streets to Horton Plaza with a triumphant mood. This anti-inaugural party was in full swing. On the way back to Horton Plaza the dancing protestors passed a car of fellow protestors going home. A loud, sustained group cheer echoed off the skyscrapers as the folks in the car held up their yellow sign reading, "Not My President!" Back at Horton Plaza some protestors took the opportunity to cool themselves with the water from the fountain. Here's to another 4 years of spirited resistance!
Note: Some protestors did get arrested or taken away by police. Maybe 2 or 3 people at this time their status is unknown. Watch for more updates.

yeah thanks for noting people got arrested. and anyone that can get any updates and post them thats super rad. it wa sunfortunate many people wanted to leave our friends and comrades behind for their own gain. Even when people tried to bring attention back to those that were stolen they were shunned.
