I just called the contact phone number, (760) 434-7930, and the location of the event is the same as listed above: 3557 Monroe Street, Carlsbad.
If you're coming from San Diego take 5 north, exit on Carlsbad Village Drive, go right (east), turn right on Monroe Street and it's two blocks down on the right. It's at the entrance to Carlsbad High School and my contact assures me you can't miss it.
Incidentally, (760) 434-7930 is also the number for Bill Morrow's local State Senate Office, so he's organizing this event with public facilities. Your tax dollars at work …

California State Senator Bill Morrow wins a big victory for the 1st
Ammendment! His courage in fighting this battle is rewarded as School Superintendent John Roach caves in instead of going to court. *
*The Senator asked the court to prohibit Supt. Roach's cowardly
pretext of the "Hecklers Veto". Senator Morrow's attorney received a
letter approximately 5 PM today, Tuesday August 9th from Carlsbad chool District acknowledging the merits of the Senator's argument.*
Even the North County Times' Editorial Staff openly castigated Roach
and the Board of Trustees, which is unusual. *
