Enron's man to 'investigate' Enron-engineered Cali energy 'crisis'
Reuters,
|
Let's see now -- the Chairman of FERC was previously appointed by G.W. to the Texas state utility commission -- at the behest of Enron -- and now he's going to "investigate" Enron's activity in California. And how many Enron-Bushies are among the SEC, CFTC and Justice Dept. "investigators" who will join FERC in this little P.R. show?

Letter to the UT.
Re: "Proposed S.D. ordinance sets stiff fines for
illegal grading" (B-1, Jan. 21 / Union Tribune):
Whether through illegal grading and the practice of
"after-the-fact permitting," or through unintended

2/12 Pot Club Raid v. Cal County Votes for Medical Marijuana
California Voter,
|
Talk about going against the tide of history: George War Bush's drug policy has sunk to the depths of the absurd in the raids on the pot clubs of California on Lincoln's Birthday, February 12, 2002, when state offices were closed and when Bush's "drug war" lackey, Asa Hutchinson showed up to speak at the San Francisco business organization meeting of the Commonwealth Club. His only friends in California are Democrats Gov. Gray Davis and Senator Dianne Feinstein, who opposed Proposition 215.

UNKNOWN WAR INSIDE USA - NESARA
Gary Larrabee,
|
I'm told that earlier today the Forces PERMANENTLY REMOVED 133 people from these 11 groups; only SIX people of the 139 total people in these groups were allowed to live. These SIX people were found to be "redeemable" and were wounded enough to put them out of action for
a while. [You people in the CIA, FBI, etc., who continue to try to harm our people and country, are on the Forces' list. Check with others about those REMOVED today; get wise. You could be next. CEASE your treasonous actions against our people if you wish to live.]

Palestine: Between Occupation and Resistance (LT)
John Cox, writing for Left Turn,
|
The last few weeks have witnessed a dramatic intensification of the conflict in Palestine. The coalition government led by Ariel Sharon has stepped up its efforts to militarily suppress the 16-month-old intifada, through shelling civilian areas; a policy of "targeted assassinations" (i.e., extra-judicial murders of Palestinian activists); Israeli army incursions into ostensibly Palestinian-administered cities and villages; and the arming and unleashing of violent gangs of settlers, among other, slightly more subtle methods.
