MOPA is honored to host the second year of the Human Rights Watch Film Festival in San Diego, a powerful film event that the New York Times called the "cinematic conscience of the world. As the world’s foremost showcase for films with a distinctive human rights theme, Human Rights Watch allows courageous individuals on both sides of the lens to empower audiences with the knowledge that they can make a difference.
