Saludos desde Mexico:)

I apologize for not updating sooner...so much has happened up until this point and i am looking forward to what is to come...

I was home for a couple weeks and returned to the run in Mazatlan, Sinaloa. The landscape is much different than the Sonoran Desert that i am used to..Everything was a deep green and it was so lush that you had to strain to look for an exposed piece of earth. Beautiful. We have been blessed with many days of rain and I am looking forward to the sun shining.

So we crossed the "border" and we are in the Yukon Territory..we've covered over 180 miles in the past 2 days and we're still going strong!

The communities have been more than welcoming and it is interesting to see the similarities between these commnities and the ones back home..we all have the same struggles and are all fighting for our rights..

since i've been here...i've seen caribou, a moose, a bald eagle, and even a grizzly bear! i tasted salmon jerky, moose, buffalo, and caribou..i still miss carne asada tacos and Eegee's tho!

Bueno hemos crusado la"frontera" y estamos en Yukon Territory..hemos terminado 180 millas en los ultimos 2 dias y hemos estado siendo fuertes!

Las comunidades han sido muy amables y es muy interesante ver los paresidos entre estas comunidades y los que estan en casa..todos hemos tenido la misma lucha y hemos estado peliando por nuetros derechos..

desde que he estado aqui ...he visto un caribú,alce,un aguila calva y hasta un oso paldo!he probado zool salamo,alce,bufalo y un caribú..pero todavia extraño los tacos de carne asada y huevos!

Just a quick note to let you all know that I made it safely. It is cold but very beautiful here. I fell in love with the mountains already. I miss the Arizona heat but the air is so much cleaner up here.

We start running tomorrow, I am excited and nervous.

Una pequeña nota para dejar q todos sepan q lluege asalvo a Alaska. Asemucho frio pero esta vien hermoso aqui. Tengo poco tiempo aqui y ya me anamore d las montañas. Extraño el clima caliente de Arizona pero el aire esta mucho mas limpio aqui.

Mañana empesamos a correr,estoy emocionado y a la ves nervioso.

Los amo y les traiire mas informacion para la otra.
