we find ourselves in El Salvador, a place with such a rich culture of indigenous people..(they say there´s no indigenous people here) but everywhere you turn there´s indigenous people..80% of the population is indigenous but the government had deny them their own identity of calling themselves indigenous by calling them (campesinos)....

there has been and underground battle to maintain indigenous ceremonies, rituals, alters in sacred sites. The people had enough, their hunger for knowledge of their history of their ancestors. There´s so much energy so much momentum running through the communities, they were all excited in receiving us and learning something that is theirs too.

Sisters Brothers from the Heart of the dirt from the Heart of the corn, we arrived at lovely Mejico where the resistence is within surviving for our future children...humility is the most sacred medicine that is in a human, to be humble with the dirt that is stepped on, the air that breathes, the water that is taken to drink to keep on surviving with all the respect that it is. I would like to say hello to my lovely family, that have supported me a lot and to my spiritual family that have been supporting me with a lot of prayers.

Hermanas Hermaos de Corazon de la tierra de corazon del maiz, llegamos a mejico lindo donde la resistencia esta en sobrevivir pra nuestros hij@s del futuro...humildad es la medicina mas sagrada que esta en un ser humano, ser humilde a la tierra que pisa, al aire que respira, el agua que bebe para seguir viviendo con el respeto de ser. Mando saludos a mi familia linda, que me apoyado mucho y mi familia spiritual que me a apoyado con tantos resos. Doy gracias a la vida por esta oportunidad de resar con humildad y seguir los pasos y voz de nuestros antepasados.

It seems a while, but i am still here stronger than ever, We are at Wamblee on our six day journey through South Dakota.Is really a breath taking place with so much tradition and history, running through you can't stop thinking of the words of the elders in all the pain the Dakota/Lakota people have gone and continue to struggle till this day.

Parece como mucho tiempo, pero todavia estoy aqui y mas fuerte que nunca, estamos en Wamblee en nuestro dia seis de esta carera en South Dakota. Es un lugar donde quita la respiracion con mucha tradicion y historia, mientras corre uno es muy dificil dejar de pensar en las palabras de los mayores de todo el dolor que sufren ellos y cual tambien sufre toda la gente de Dakota/Lakota y aun continuan luchando.

Hola a todos, que padres es estar aqui en Alaska, un lugar donde fui bienvenida por los vientos elados, la energia de las montañas cubiertas y protejidas por las islas de nuves, hay mucho suspenso y misterio en cual quier lado q mires, pero al mismo tiempo ves ermosura y tranquilidad en madre naturalesa.

Hola a todos, is great to know that i am here in Alaska, a place where i was welcome by the winds cool breeze, the energy of these mts cover and protective by island clouds, there is so much suspense and mystery everywhere you turn, but at the same time beauty in the calmness of mother earth.
